BIOGRAPHY - Cortlandt Blackburn (Cort)
Cort (Brick) Blackburn is managing partner of the Blackburn Family farming enterprises and
handles most of the day-to-day operations. He worked his way up through the family business
and has held his current position for 5 years. As he says, "I fell in love with farming as a
young boy, and I have never wanted to do anything else." He oversees farms consisting of
approximately 2000 acres producing almonds and 500 acres of winegrape vineyards at the
family's Dunne Ranch in Hollister. |
