| 2003 Signature Collection Vache Red Blend Our Vache Red Blend is made from estate fruit and is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. It was aged in new French oak and tastes of ripe cherries, blackberries and currants with hints of chocolate and cedar. This wine is supple and round with structured tannins.
